Italia Bianco – Production Manager

The Brain – Invaluable not only because of her unique cost reporting skills, but her no nonsense approach to Dennis and his unruly chums. Italia has recently become mum to gorgeous baby Lea.

Hugo Cuellar – Animator

Born in a small disused field on the outskirts of darkest Bolivia, Hugo ‘Cellour’ Cuellar is currently bringing to life the half baked and over cooked antics of our prize poultry prince, Marvo the wonder chicken.

Peter Grey - Chief Operating Officer aka ‘the Chief’

The money man – Peter is our go-to-guy for all our woes, worries and wages! Peter is an integral part of Red Kite and can be easily persuaded by a bit of chocolate.

Karen Hogarty – General Counsel

Previously the Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Miramax UK where she was involved in proper grown up films such as Cold Mountain and Dirty Pretty Things. Karen is our sounding board for all legal questions and queries.

Martha MacDiarmid – Development Coordinator

The she boss’s right-hand woman, Martha helps to keep the company moving forward; paving the way for projects in development, ensuring that all the important details are noted. Martha is not our support; she's our rock!

John Morris –Business Development Executive

John recently joined Red Kite as our Business Development Executive. John brings with him a wealth of business knowledge having worked with several of the leading global media organisations. John is based in London

Malcolm Ritchie – Chairman

As Chairman of Red Kite, Malcolm tell us where we are going – or meant to be going! Malcom is the former CFO and COO of PolyGram Films which produced over 100 films including Four Weddings and a Funeral, Fargo and Notting Hill.

Kerri Rolland – Production Co-ordinator

Dennis’s playmate, Kerri takes care of all things Dennis and Gnasher, but don’t be fooled by her sweet demeanour when she wants the deadline met, it will be met!

Karen Smith – Book Keeper

Karen is our finance expert who takes care of all our pennies, and puts us all to shame by drinking her healthy hot water whilst the rest of guzzle mugs of coffee.

Sueann Smith – Managing Director

Sueann heads up the Red Kite team; she gives us a good shake and sorts us all out – but all in the nicest possible way of course. Sueann is our tiny talisman who ensures that the good ship RK always sails on an even keel!

Jim Stirk – Workshop co-ordinator
