After our partnership with leading publisher DC Thomson on Dennis and Gnasher and Marvo the Wonder Chicken, Red Kite are now developing a girls' based property based on another of the firm's classics. Wendy is published by Egmont in Germany and Scandinavia and is a firmly established magazine series with some spin-off merchandise.  The animated television series for 6-10 year old girls will build upon this success.

The series is about Wendy, a typical fifteen year old girl who lives with her family at a riding school and stables. The series explores the challenges she faces in her daily life; from school to friendships, as well as the ups and downs that come with the equestrian life that she shares with her circle of friends.
